About Us

What is CBM?

Campus Bible Ministries (CBM) is a student club at Western Sydney University.

We are based on the five main campuses

• Campbelltown

• Paramatta

• Penrith

• Bankstown

• Liverpool

What we’re on about at CBM Campbelltown

At CBM Campbelltown, we’re all about helping Western Sydney Uni students come to know Jesus, to be followers of Him, and to see change in their lives in order to glorify God in all that they do. We welcome everyone to come and be part of our activities, and encourage all Christians studying at WSU to join us!

We offer opportunities for students to gather together on campus for activities that enable us to:

• Engage in group bible studies

• Be in prayerful dependence upon God

• Socialise with others

• Be trained for Christian service

We believe that the good news about the forgiveness in Jesus is offered to all people, so we invite all students to come and visit our gatherings to hear what the Bible says about the claims of Jesus. We’re convinced that a life spent following Jesus brings meaning, purpose, joy, satisfaction and hope to our lives.

In our activities and gathering we seek to:

• Gather the lost to Christ through evangelism

• Grow in maturity in Christ through encouragement and training

• Give ourselves in service of Christ in our local communities and beyond
